I have over 28 years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution with a focus on corporate and commercial matters. I have considerable experience in insolvency, technology and employment issues.
I have worked for large, medium and boutique firms. I was a partner at Jeffcott Muller for many years and served as a Disputes Tribunal Referee for 3 years in central Auckland.
I advise clients operating across a broad range of industry sectors including wholesale and retail trade, manufacturing and construction, agriculture, horticulture and viticulture, utilities, transportation and storage, accommodation and food service, information and communication technology, financial and insurance, real estate, professional, scientific and technical, administrative and support services including employment, education, health and social services, arts, entertainment and recreation.
I am an Associate of the Arbitrators’ and Mediators’ Institute of New Zealand and have a strong interest and broad experience in alternative dispute resolution including arbitration and mediation.
